Acceptance of Terms. By using https://ezraconstructioninc.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Scope of Services. Through this Site, Ezra Construction Inc. markets and arranges Exterior Remodeling, Basement Remodeling, Kitchen Remodeling, Painting Services, Cabinet Installation, Paneling Installation. All work is performed under separate written agreement.

User Conduct. You are responsible for any information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access. You agree to use the Site lawfully.

Acceptable Behavior. You agree not to misuse the Site, including unlawful activity, service disruption, unauthorized data collection, malware distribution, or impersonation.

Intellectual Property. All content on https://ezraconstructioninc.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Ezra Construction Inc. or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.

Charges. All service fees are agreed in writing in advance. Your service agreement specifies payment schedules and any refund provisions.

End of Use. Ezra Construction Inc. may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.

Service Disclaimer. The Site and its content are made available without warranties of any kind. Ezra Construction Inc. does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access.

Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ezra Construction Inc.'s aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid Ezra Construction Inc. in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Indemnity. You agree to defend and indemnify Ezra Construction Inc. from claims, including reasonable attorney fees, that result from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.

Choice of Law. IL law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of IL, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
